To Order and Pay Online
Ordering
We
have designed our site to be straight forward and easy to use. Simply click on
the 'Buy' button against the item you wish to purchase, then confirm.
You can use these keys multiple times for multiple number of the same item.
Secure
Payment via WorldPay
When you have
finished shopping, click the 'View Cart/Checkout' button
on top of each page to review your purchase and proceed to the WorldPay
secure payment facility from there . We accept most popular credit
and debit cards on-line. Credit card security is of the utmost imporatnce
to us. All card transactions are conducted on a secure server
operated by WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
This is indicated by a padlock on the bottom right corner of the
screen.
Order
and Pay by Email
If you wish
to order online but do not wish to pay by card online, you can send
us a copy of the order on the 'View Cart/Checkout' page and send
it to us in an email with your card details.
Order
by Email / Post If
you do not wish to use our online ordering facility, simply email us to reserve
your requirements
to orders@tankzone.co.uk
and send us a cheque or postal order afterwards. You can even snail-mail
us your order with a cheque or postal order to our correspondence
address at 12 South Drive, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 7PN, UK.
Payment
by Cheque (UK Only) and International Money Order in Pound Sterling (Overseas)
International
customers, you can send us a cheque (in pound sterling drawn from
a UK bank only) with your order. We also accept Banker's Draft.
We accept International Money Order (in Pound Sterling only) from
overseas customers. We do not accept Internation Money Order in
any other currencies. We also accept cash. We strongly recommend
that you do not send large amounts through the post. Cash sent at
your own risk.

and Send Payment by PayPal
You can also
send us order and payment via PayPal. Just go to www.paypal.com
and send funds to our paypal account. Our PayPal account is payment@tankzone.com.
Use Subject and Note fields for order details or email it to us
separately. Email
us for more information.
If
you don't have a PayPal account, you can open an account with PayPal for free
at www.PayPal.com. Alternatively,
email us your order and we can send you a paypal invoice. You don't need a paypal
account to pay by card through PayPal. You just follow the instructions in the

Payment Methods
Email
us for more information on Direct Bank to Bank Transfer. Customers
in the UK can deposit cash or cheque direct into our bank account
at any Post Office or High Street Alliance and Leicester branch.
Delivery
Your order
will normally be despatched within 3 days by Royal Mail first class post if under
2kg or Parcel Force if over 2kg, providing the item(s) are in stock in our UK
warehouse. Delivery of first class Royal Mail post is usually next working day
from day of posting but not guaranteed. Delivery by Parcel Force is usually 3
working days from day of posting. Delivery
is FREE in the UK only. We offer next day delivery or urgent orders for £10
extra. Free worldwide delivery is for some items only where stated. International
customer please don't forget to select a shipping option at checkout to avoid
delay. We will
let you know of out of stock items as soon as possible. Generally if the buy button
is active, then the item is in stock. Sometimes there may be a lag in the system
and the catalogue is not updated immediately. If
you need an item urgently, please email us to check availability and delivery
time before ordering. We may choose to use other carriers from time to time. Whilst
most items are available from stock in our UK warehouse, some items are despatched
from our depots in the Far East direct to your delivery address. These items usually
takes between 7 to 10 working days to arrive. Express delivery of 3 to 5 working
days is available for an extra £10. All
orders are usually despatched once complete. Part orders are only despatched via
special request or at our discretion. Once a parcel has left us, we cannot be
held responsible for any delays in delivery.
