following terms and conditions apply to all transaction on our website. The use
of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement
of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read
them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions
do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must
be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by
you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
Our
products represent subjects from a specific period in history. Some products contain
details, equipment, uniform and or vehicle that include insignia or marking that
some may find offensive. It is not our intension to glorify, nor exploit the horrors
and atrocities of war. Privacy

is committed to protecting your privacy and do not disclose customer information
to third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which?

In
order to provide the secure online order and payment systems, cookies and Javascripts
are used on this site. They are used only to keep track of the contents of your
shopping cart. It is erased on completion of the transaction. If your browser

and Price of Goods
All
images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for
the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All prices
are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We are entitled to make adjustments to
the price to take account of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission
the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct
price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website
are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as
indicated at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to change prices
and details without prior notification. Typographical
Errors
In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error
or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order
has been confirmed. If you have already been charged and we subsequently cancel
your order, we will immediately refund you the value of the incorrect price charged. Payment
Methods
Tankzone,
via WorldPay plc, accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard
and Switch. Your credit or debit card details are entered into a fully secure
area managed by WorldPay. You must provide us with your exact billing address
and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information
will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed
once authorisation of your credit card has been received. Your order will be confirmed
immediately via email from WorldPay. No other confirmation is given unless requested. If
you wish to pay by credit or debit card but don't wish to use our online secure
payment facility, you can print out the View Cart/Checkout page, then add your
card details and fax or post it to us. You may also pay by cheque, postal order
or international money order in UK Pound Sterling (£) drawn on a UK bank,
although we cannot despatch the goods until payment has been cleared. Simply print
out the View Cart/Checkout page, then post it to us along with your cheque, postal
order or international money order (in Pound Sterling only) for the total amount.

Availability
of Goods
All
products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any
time. If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If
we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and
we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible
for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the
goods. Delivery
Charges
We
use First Class post where possible or Parcelforce Standard delivery for UK orders.
Depending on the postal service in your area, it can take up to 3 working days.
This is the time it takes the Post Office or Parcelforce to deliver the goods
to you after they are collected from us; not from the time you order. Far flung
areas may take longer. We also deliver internationally. Delivery charge quoted
is for purchase of one item only. We reserve the right to make an additional charge
if that cost is exceeded. Some larger heavier items are delivered direct from
our agents in the Far East. If in doubt, email us for delivery time for your chosen
product. Cancellations
and Returns
We
offer to exchange the goods within 7 days of purchase. We
offer a 7 day money back guarantee providing the goods are returned to us in the
same saleable condition as they are received. You have to pay the cost of returning
the goods. Returns after 7 days of purchase for any reason other than our error,
Post Office damage or if goods do not meet the sales of goods act are discretionary.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exchange or refunds after the 7
day period will be given at the discretion of the Company management. Time
Limitation for Notification of Claim
